About Lucky Panda Restaurant.....
Lucky panda Restaurant was formed by a group of top chefs who had more than 10 years experience of cooking Cantonese and Hong Kong cusine. So, we decided to move to Dubai, to share the taste of their hometown to people that are not just Chinese, but all around the world. Our goal is let everyone in the world can taste the flavour of China.

朱仔记港式茶餐厅是一家有多位高达有着10年烹饪港式以及广东菜肴的经验的大厨。远渡重洋来到迪拜创建的。我们不仅仅是为了让中餐传播出去，更是为了让迪拜的海外同胞们尝到一口来自祖国的味道。我们的目标是将中餐文化发扬光大。
Our Story Begins In The East....
Cantonese cuisine (廣東菜), also known as Yue cuisine (粵菜) or Guangdong cuisine, refers to the cuisine of China's Guangdong Province, particularly the provincial capital, Guangzhou (Canton). It is one of the Eight Culinary Traditions of Chinese cuisine. Its prominence outside China is due to the large number of Cantonese emigrants. Chefs trained in Cantonese cuisine are highly sought after throughout China.
天下所有食货，粤东几尽有之，粤东所有之食货，天下未必尽也。
粤菜的烹调食材涵盖范围很广。广东厨师擅长把食物作改变后，还能渗透出食物原本的味道。古时，广州菜是无鸡不成宴，而潮州菜是无海鲜不成宴，其擅用食盐、卤水等佐料助存及调和食物，而客家菜则偏向多油多咸的重口味菜。对于广东如此丰富的食文化，在包括天津在内的北方地区也有俗语“有脚的桌子椅子不吃”、“四条腿的板凳不吃，两条腿的厨子不吃”来形容广东人所食之广。近代广东还有大量外省移民，进一步提高了食物的丰富度。
